Catch The KBB This Week
from: KBB Posted: 11/18/2009 |
Hello phat blues fans. We'd like to say thanks to everyone who came out to Spargo's on Friday for a great show there, and also everyone who made it out to Whitlows Saturday night for what might have been the best show there in recent memory. This weekend hold something really special in store, as the KBB shares the bill with good friends and a great band, Laughing Colors for a rare reunion show. This is gonna be off the hook. Come see two of the most acclaimed bands of the last twenty years from the B-more scene. If you've never been to anLC show, you owe it to yourself to experience it. Imagine hundreds of people singing word for word every song all night long while some of the most creative and tight bands you'll ever hear wails away. Talk about audience participation!! Anyway we hope you can make it out. We will be there cheering the Colours on after our set. Come party with the bands on SAturday. Peace!!

Catch The KBB This Week

Here's what's new this week. Thanks to everyone who
came out to Armadillo's for what was essentially our first time in and first club show in Annapolis is a year or so. Armadillo's has to be the biggest little club anywhere. It was a great show ... lots of friends in the place and the party goin' on. Can't wait to get back there. Then for Halloween it was off the NC Outer Banks and another overdue return to a venue, Outer Banks Brewing. Let's just say this was the mother of all 'ween parties. The house was packed, costumes of all kinds and phatblues was in the house. This week it's back down tobacco road to eastern NC but this time we'll stay on the mainland in Greenville, better known as G-ville and Dr. Unk's Oasis. Greenville is always the same. hot, funky and just chock full of lovely ladies. There's a real good reason we chose to shoot our DVD here. Then on Saturday we're off to Winthrop, SC, near Charlotte, and Rock Hill College for a Saturday bang. We look forward to our first SC show in many years and plan isregardless to make it the party to be at that night. So regardless which of the Carolinas you may happen to be in this weekend, there's a good chance we'll be near you ... so come on out. Peace!!!
